Off The Record USA is a digital-first media and advocacy organization based in Tempe, Arizona. Our mission is to build a cutting-edge digital infrastructure to empower creators and influencers, to amplify their messages and broaden their influence. By providing tools, resources, and a collaborative ecosystem, we aim to fill a critical gap in the digital space and ensure the continued cultural relevance and reach of conservative thought among younger generations.

Co-Founder & CEO

Carson Carpenter graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University at age 19 in May 2025. Passionate about public service, he has worked on Presidential and Congressional campaigns, served two years as a House of Representatives intern during high school, and spent the summer of 2024 working for a Member of Congress in Washington, D.C. As former President of The College Republicans at ASU, he grew membership from 8 to 250 in six months and earned a shoutout from President Trump at a rally for his impactful work on campus and with the organization. Featured on Fox News, NBC, CBS, NewsMax, and The Boston Globe. Carson is driven by his commitment to his studies, career, and future in public service. That is the main reason why he has decided to co-found Off The Record USA LLC.

Co-Founder & COO

Stryder Bigler is currently studying Journalism and Political Science at Arizona State University's Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication. He is passionate about storytelling. He has worked behind the scenes and on camera for some of Arizona State's most successful shows. He was a beat reporter for the Emmy award winning Walter Cronkite Sports Network. During his two years with the Network, he covered the National Championship contending Golf teams at ASU and covered pro and amateur events. Producing visual and written content. His drive to build a platform to tell stories that matter is the main reason why he has decided to co-found Off The Record USA LLC.
